For every Epic Destiny that has this phrase or something similar
"The first time you are reduced to 0 or fewer hit points each day, (effect)"
It is replaced / treated as following or something similar
"Once per day, when you are reduced to 0 or fewer hit points, (effect)"
The effect will be treated as an Interrupt to the Trigger, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Note that for Revival effects which has the trigger "when you are killed" or "when you die" etc, it remains as per the Epic Destiny, with no alteration to the wording.

Fluff-wise, after you use this effect or any other Daily Revival effect, there is some visible sign of the Character having used / expended his "revival" ability, and all moderately intelligent Epic Enemies (not just those in the current Encounter) will be aware of this.
This is currently relevant for Friday game, but if Saturday night game reaches Epic Destiny, this rule will kick in as well.
