TRANSFERRING GOLD BETWEEN PLAYERS
Some of you have probably noticed that you have relatively large amounts of Gold at this point in the game.
Others may feel that they don't have enough gold to upgrade, etc.
So if you so wish, you can transfer your Gold to another Player for him to purchase / spend / upgrade items etc.
Such transfers should be made at the game table when Both Players are present.
However, any agreements between Players are purely based on a Gentleman's Agreement. ie. If Player A agrees to "lend" Player B gold, and Player B to return at a later time, this is purely between the Players, and the DM will have no part in it.
The DM will not enforce ANY such agreement, nor will the DM return any gold spent on others if the benefitting Player leaves the game.
Hence it is strongly recommended that when you give Gold to another Player's Character, just give it and don't expect it back. If you can't wait to get it back, then don't give it in the first place.
Note that such transferred gold remains with the Player, and not the Character. ie. If Player A gives Player B 1000 Gp, and then Player B later rerolls another Character, that Character would start with an extra 1000 Gp.
===============
If anyone abuses this by badgering other Players for Gold and complaints are received, that Player will be deemed unable to "receive" such donations.

To note the relevance...
TRANSFERRING MAGIC ITEMS
In a previous Game Session, Player A was considering giving Player B a Magical Item.
This actually has a double effect. - Player A won't get a new Magic Item to compensate for the "gift" - The Magic Item would be recorded under Player B's Magic Item List. This will delay the next time he gets loot, since getting loot is a function of Attendance AND the number of Magic Items you have already received as Treasure during the course of the Game. - The "gift" counts as Treasure because it was awarded as Treasure in the first place to Player A.
So basically, this creates a net -1 Magic Item to the Party as a whole. Hence it is not recommended.
If you wish to do so, it might be more meaningful to transfer Gold instead. This will not fall into the Party Magical Item List as Item Rewards, but only as Purchased.
Note that if you transfer a Purchased Item to another Party Member, it is treated as if you are giving them Gold. In other words, don't expect to get your Item back.
However if you explicitly lend them an item in the game for only a specific purpose, that is fine and the DM will enforce the returning of the item.
Hope this helps.
Minor Note : Custom Items are not transferrable.
