Quite a few of the players are now Level 18 or higher.
Bearing this in mind, please take note that you can arrange your Stats in anyway that you deem suitable for Level 18, as long as it is legal.
When you hit Level 21, you will have 1 more chance to "shuffle" your Stats and finalize it. These final Stats will be used from Lv 21 to Lv 30 for your Characters.
