Some Pictures for easy reference In order of Appearance.
Note that this is just based on my imagination on how they might look like, you may imagine them quite different, that is quite fine. Their outward appearance is almost never critical to the story.
Name : Dartanion
Status : Alive, in the Forest
Appearances : 1.1, 3.1, 4.2
Remarks: Elf Druid. His eyes don't glow, usually hooded, and of course less the fancy leaf pauldrons.
Interactions: The party first met Dartanion as a visitor to Zethran, trying to get information from a local cardshark to find out more about the town. His purpose was to find out the reason for deforestation activities in the Northwest.
The Heroes later meet him immediately after they negotiate a solution with Chief Engineer Daniel, rewarding them and preparing to meet with Daniel again later. It is implied that he was the raven that dominated the Chief Engineer into leaving town to close down the project site.
In 4.2, the Heroes meet him to tell about the suspicion of a Hag called Maranin infiltrating the Inner Circle of the Druids. He plans to look into the matter and handle it the druid way, which does not involve killing Maranin either. Although the Heroes offer, he eschews the use of a Orb that Varanius gave the Heroes, which supposedly reveals illusions, but Dartanion also determined that it disrupts shapeshifting in an unwholesome way.
Name : Daniel Dortmund, Chief Engineer of Zethran
Status : Alive, Zethran
Appearances : 1.1, 3.1
Remarks : Daniel looks somewhat older and wears a pair of small glasses when reading.
Interactions: Daniel is first referred to as the Chief Engineer, where he asked the Heroes to assist with protecting a caravan of supplies to his project site. He is shown to be shrewd with money and rewards.
He is later met by the Heroes, riding a horse awkwardly while dominated by a raven. After the Heroes persuade the raven to restore him to his senses, he agrees the Heroes suggestion to build the rails over the forest on raised wood platforms that the Druids would assist with. He rewards the Heroes for the return of some AE Cubes, and presumably finalizes the agreement with Dartanion later.
Daniel does not seem very capable of riding horses.
Name : Laurelin
Status : Alive, in the Forest
Appearances : 1.1, 1.2
Remarks : Laurelin dresses a bit more conservatively.
Interactions: Laurelin is first encountered directing a goblin attack from the back and supporting their attacks with wolves. After being captured by the heroes, she accompanies them to the Engineering Project site, where she expects their negotiations to fall through, as they indeed do. Then she leaves.
The description which Zimvit gave about the giver of the staff that controlled him matches that of Laurelin. The Heroes later return the Staff to Dartanion.
Name : Valeren
Status : Alive, in the Forest
Appearances : 1.2, 2.1, 3.1, 3.2
Remarks : No wolf.
Interactions: Valeren is first encountered in panther form stealthily directing a Rage Drake against the party. After interrogating him, he offers to brew potions for the Heroes to pay for his release.
After the Heroes come to an understanding with Dartanion (in 3.1), a dove directs them with a message from Valeren seeking their help to deal with underground fey crossings to the Feydark tunnels where giant spiders were passing through into this world. He is not wealthy and mainly offers reward in form of potions, which seems to be his specialty.
Name : Zimvit
Name : Stompa
Status : Alive, somewhere with goblins
Appearances : 2.2, 3.1
Remarks :
Interactions: Zimvit is a Goblin Hexer that was influenced by the staff he got from a druid to send his goblins to raid the caravans.
Stompa is a Bugbear Strangler, one of two survivors from Zimvit's band, who mentions he got his name from his parents who expected him to be a "mainstream" bugbear. He seems to be somewhat more perceptive
After the Heroes decide to free Zimvit from the control by the druids' staff, he mourns the loss of his goblins in the course of effecting the druids' commands, and intends to seek vengeance on the druids. He and Stompa recover one more surviving Bugbear but the Heroes choose not to support them against the druids, and they decide to leave the area, perhaps to return one day to get their Revenge.
Name : Varanius
Status : Alive, in the Forest
Appearances : 4.1
Remarks : Cloak is dark green and brown to blend in better with the forest, and his weapons are not so garishly magical.
Interactions: Varanius approaches the heroes after they depart from the Druid-controlled area of the forest, and is a captain in the Elven military. He has heard that the Druids have been using radical tactics against the deforestation activities of the human empire Nethril, and is concerned that it will endanger the tenuous peace. After he tests the Heroes by having them dispatch some trolls, he asks them to visit the abode of a coven of hags, and ascertain if all four of them are present, since he suspects one may have infiltrated into the higher levels of the Druid Circle.
After they return, he asks them to find a way to locate expose the imposter in the Druid Circle with the use of an Orb that reveals the true form of persons, and would much rather exterminate her. He is also not against collateral damage with the druids, if necessary.
Name : Karanin
Status : Alive, in the Forest
Appearances : 4.1
Remarks : This is a stylized impression of Karanin as she appeared in 4.1.
Interactions: The Heroes approach the abode of the Hags, and are met by Karanin. They feign needing a place for their injured to recover, and she lets them into a small guest room to rest. The heroes' mage, Mystic Tim, flirts with her and manages to stir her interest, and she shows him into the depths of the tree-based abode, introducing him to her two sisters who are present, Saranin and Laranin. She also discloses that another sister, Maranin, is away. When she later realizes Mystic Tim is not sincere, she tersely bids the party to depart.
Note that this is just based on my imagination on how they might look like, you may imagine them quite different, that is quite fine. Their outward appearance is almost never critical to the story.
