HUNTERS
Most vampire hunters are little more than mortals armed with various weapons, and even then fairly mediocre items as they are often zealots and not part of a super-wealthy organisation that could afford to equip them properly. What they have though, is the ability to operate in the day, the understanding that in a fair fight, even a fledgling vampire is likely to kill them, and most importantly, knowledge.
Many know vampiric weaknesses to fire and frenzy tendencies, and a few even know the limited range of psychic disciplines like Dominate and Presence. A vampire facing hunters is likely to encounter at least a few sources of aggravated damage, from torches to molotov cocktails to havens that have been set on fire. Up close, most hunters have hatchets and blades as well to deal lethal damage.
Unconsciousness is no escape - hunters are likely to try to decapitate a fallen vampire, by making a coup de grace attack. If it hits, they make a Strength check against the target's Fortitude, and if it succeeds, the vampire is decapitated and sent straight to final death.
Fortunately, most hunters are not exceedingly tough, so experienced ones prefer heavy ranged firepower, against semi-trapped targets. They might have to wait until later to walk over and send the vampire to final death, but that is fine if it means they live to get rid of more such creatures.
Note that most true hunters - at least indoctrinated and dedicated to dealing with undead - cannot be ghouled or Embraced, and simply die. The higher powers seem to recognize that much among the rank and file, at least.
That said, there are individuals that have True Faith, special holy powers from on high granted to the most devout faithful, and then there are hunters that are part of a large powerful organisation, capable of mustering flamethrowers, incendiary rounds, firebombs and what not. It is also remotely possible that there might be those who have both...
WEREWOLVES
Vampires dont know much about the Werewolves, but it is known they prefer the wilds and outskirts, and are truly hostile to all vampires and cannot be reasoned with.
Their impossibly sized claws deal aggravated damage, their rapidly regenerating flesh ignores almost all bullets and recovers rapidly from wounds, and their great feral speed exceeds those of most vampires. A single werewolf is said to be capable of sending an entire coterie to final death.
They also can operate during the daylight hours, and are yet another reason for the Masquerade. Thankfully, they largely eschew cities and humanity.
MAGES
Most vampires do not know much about mages, but all vampires of above a certain status and lore are certain they exist, or at the very least, existed. These willworkers that can warp reality around them, manipulating the elements, or even more profoundly, time, space and the very essence of life, are treated with caution if not utmost respect by even elder vampires.
The lack of certain information about their abilities makes them all the more fearsome, but at the same time, mages are far more reasonable than werewolves, and are most certainly not . If a vampire wishes to eliminate a mage, he is more likely to use a large number of proxies than to have anything to do with it personally.
The Masquerade is paramount around mages, and whether that particular mage is actually already aware of vampires is usually an afterthought. Most princes who know of mages in the same city would monitor them to the best of their ability, and can be brutally swift to act if other vampires are active in a mage's vicinity.
