This is a semi playtest so players have more flexibility using their Utility Enc powers to get themselves out of bad spots. This also nerfs some player shenanigans.
Under normal rules - You cannot take Opportunity actions or Immediate actions on your own turn - You regain your Immediate action after your next turn
With this house rule - You Can take Opportunity actions and Immediate actions on your own turn - You regain your Immediate action at the Start of your next turn.
Note that - you cannot take an Opportunity action against an Opportunity Action is triggered by yourself during your turn - If you use an Immediate action on your turn, you cannot Ready an action (since Readying is an Immediate Reaction)
======
Unchanged - You can take one Opportunity action per turn
