Transfer Power from one system to boost another. Pick one system to draw power from, and another to receive the extra power. Apply the following bonuses / penalties to the systems involved till ENT.

Bridge: +/- 4 Vehicle Control DCs
SM Delta: Emergency Shielding
This ability may only be activated once per encounter.

If the Ship's shields has been depleted to 0, project another shield with 50% of the original shield's Max HP. This secondary shield lasts till the end of the encounter or until depleted.
