The Player Guide is here. www.dropbox.com/s/tpvnjsmmjfe743h/Hell%27s%20Rebels%20-%20Player%27s%20Guide.pdf?dl=0Edit: With the post below on Motivations, there is no longer any real need to read the PDF except for your own interest/satisfaction. Page Details / Informal Contents03 : Introduction/Overview 04-06 : Pathfinder related Character Tips, feel free to ignore but if you see classes/archetypes with nice names that jump out at you, can feel free to look them up / buzz me for links on their fluff, might be inspiring. 07-08 : Language, Races, Religion. Religion is probably the most important here, for folks who want to play divinely inspired characters, that might have even more reason to stand up to a devil-worship-dominated government in Kintargo 09 : This gives the starting premise, really Good to think why your character might be Protesting, ie Personal Motivation 10-13 : Campaign Traits. I will be using these to further customise Racial options beyond what will be the norm for UB, but in meantime you can look it over and see if any nice ideas/backgrounds labels jump out at you 14 : If you worship the goddess Milani, otherwise skip 15-19 : Info about Kintargo, and a map. The 2 pages might be of interest, don't worry too much about the places and map, unless you want to have an idea where your character lives / comes from 19-20 : The new Lord-Mayor Barzillai Thrune will be a central figure in Hell's Rebels. Here's some rumours about him and also followed by his Seven Proclaimatons after gaining power, and imposing martial law. 20+ : Starts with description of the Silver Ravens (aka the "Resistance"), then follows with a very mechanical detail about the "Rebellion" subsystem. Don't bother with the Rebellion mechs and you can ignore it if you wish. If you decide to skim through, you can consider what jumps out at you.

Each character should choose 1. As per Racial Traits, after adding +2 from below (if any), your points in a skill cannot exceed 7 points. Apart from Skill points (which theoretically stack but are capped at 7), none of the following stack with Racial Traits that grant the same.
But if you can't find any fitting, please let me know so we can decide on one that is fitting, or even something that is not on the list.
CAMPAIGN TRAITS Pages 10-13 of HRPG
Child of Kintargo : +2 to Streetwise.
Diva in Training : When making Performance checks, you always choose the better of Bluff or Diplomacy, without halving. (for reference, a Performance check is half Bluff or half Diplomacy check, unless the character has at least 4 skill points in both)
Ex-Asmodean : You gain +1 trait bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls against agents of House Thrune and worshippers of Asmodeus. Note, if you are a Strix (Wing-clipped), and they are the source of your clipped wings, you can rename this trait to be Hatred (Asmodeans/Thrune).
Fed-Up Citizen (Disguised) : +2 to Bluff.
Fed-Up Citizen (Righteous) : +2 to saving throws against effects that daze, stun or dominate.
Gifted Satirist : When making Linguistics checks, you always choose the better of History or Streetwise, without halving (for reference, a Linguistics check is half History or half Streetwise, unless the character has at least 4 skill points in both )
Historian of the Rebellion (Organiser) : +2 to Organisation Checks.
Historian of the Rebellion (Discretion) : +2 to Stealth
Natural Born Leader : Your Charisma Trait is 1 point higher for purpose of managing teams in the rebellion.
Pattern Seeker (perceptive) : +2 to Perception
Pattern Seeker (spellcaster) : You gain +1 to attack rolls with spells that are illusion (pattern), and +1 to saving throws against illusion spells. The attack bonus does not stack with Talent.
Star Struck (choose 1 Stat) : Once per level, you can add half Sec Trait to a skill check related to the stat, declare before rolling. When using 1 WP to reroll a d20 related to such a skill check, you can add half Sec Trait bonus to that skill check instead of rerolling. If you can say a phrase or describe a scene in your mind that describes the star, you get your Sec Trait bonus instead.
Urban Sleuth* (Arcana) : +2 to Arcana (Devils' Bells or Local Dragons)
Urban Sleuth* (History) : +2 to History (Local Dragons, Professor Mangvhune or Silver Ravens)
Urban Sleuth* (Planes) : +2 to Planes (Devils' Bells or Professor Mangvhune)
* - You may choose two questions related to your chosen topic and provide to the GM (for approval). When you have both the answers, you can gain a +2 in a separate related skill based on your chosen topic (since each topic benefits two skills). Questions related to Silver Ravens do not provide this benefit.

MOTIVATIONS aka REASONS TO PROTEST AT ARIA PARK Page 9 of HRPG Note for Staying Up on Current Events, the skill bonus is changed due to there not being a Perform skill.
Looking for Trouble : There for personal mischief like pickpocketing or otherwise breaking the law. Why, because it's fun! Benefit: +2 to Bluff and Thievery during the Protest
Looking for your Idol: With city under martial law and curfew, and increasing oppression, it is harder to catch sight of your idol nowadays. But hey, he/she might be there, and sure it might be a false rumour, but what if it happens to be real? You can't risk it, so here you are. Benefit: +2 to Perception and Sense Motive during the Protest
Meeting a Contact: You have heard of the Silver Ravens secret society/resistance from your contact, but it all went dark suddenly, taking with it your friend/family member. You search for news but all is silent. Then you are contacted by a person who will be at the protest, you don't know who he is except he's a human man, with only one black leather glove on his right hand. Benefit: +2 to Perception and Sense Motive during the Protest
Staying Up on Current Events: A protest / gathering like this is a great way to gather inspiration and information on what's really keeping people going nowadays, and you might even see something big happen firsthand! If nothing else, you can practice rabble-rousing or directing the mob. Benefit: +2 to Bluff and Diplomacy during the Protest
Tagging Along: You don't like protests, but a close friend (ideally one of the other PCs) has dragged you along, and if nothing else, you're there to make sure he/she stays out of trouble. Seriously, who the heck attends protests anyway? Benefit: +2 to Perception and Initiative during the Protest
To Protest the Government: The recent Lord-Mayor Barzillai Thrune and martial law, that's bad news, especially for business or whatever way of life you have found in Kintargo. This is the chance to make your voice heard, make a change. It is now or never. Benefit: +2 to Bluff and Intimidate during the Protest
