CR is relative to player levels.
Comparing the creature's CR to the player levels, as follows - CR + 2-3 = PC level : Solo Adv2 - CR + 0-1 = PC level : TripleElite Adv1 or Solo - CR + 1-2 = PC level : Elite - CR + 3-4 = PC level : Standard - CR + 5-6 = PC level : Mook
We also note UB foes have improvements every even level. We shall call this Advanced (Adv1), or Advanced 2 (Adv2) for two levels up.
Eg. When the party is Level 12 and encounters a CR 10 monster, it is considered an Elite of the appropriate level. PF L12 is UB L18, with regular adjustment (+4 at L18) is Level 22 Elite
Eg. When the party is Level 12 and encounters a CR 12 monster, it is considered an Solo of appropriate level or advanced Triple Elite. PF L12 is UB L18, with regular adjustment (+4 at L18) is Level 22 Solo or L24 Triple Elite Eg. When the party is Level 12 and encounters a CR 15 monster, it is considered an Solo of adv2. PF L12 is UB L18, with regular adjustment (+4 at L18) is Level 26 Solo
