Racial Ability
R) Endure Interrupt, Personal Trigger: You are reduced to 0 HP or less. Effect: You are instead reduced to 1 HP.
Special: You may expend this ability to use Rally as a move action. ( removed special for speed 6 instead of speed 5 )

Racial Traits You are small and have base speed 6.
Choose 2 from below, or replace one (or both) of them with +1 to FRW, which must be two separate defenses.
Let's Go: You gain +2 to initiative.
Inner Focus: You gain +2 to saving throws against effects that daze, stun or dominate.
Rush: When you charge, you gain half Sec bonus to speed.
Steadfast: You gain 5 THP when first bloodied during an encounter. This increases by 5 at levels 11, 21.

Evolution You become medium and your speed goes up to 6.
You may give up your initial armor proficiency to become proficient in heavy armor and 'light shields'. Note this will reduce your speed back to 5, unless you take feats to mitigate it.
You may give up one Racial Trait to gain the following.
Ample Reserves: You gain +4 to your Reserve Value. This bonus does not stack with feats.

As usual, choose 2 CAs and 1 Racial. You may also forgo your Racial to choose a special ability, as suggested below, but not limited to it.
Riolu's Claw (military) profile of prof3, 1d8 damage, versatile (1d10 when used two-handed). This profile is factored into below.
Riolu Abilities
Focus: Melee, Weapon Damage: Untyped, ie Normal Acid (altered for normal type being vulnerable to acid) Targeting: Pri vs AC
CA) Counter Std, Melee Wpn Pri vs AC Hit: 1d8 + Pri dmg. Until SNT, if the target attacks you, you may use an Interrupt to make following attack against the target Melee Wpn Sec vs AC Hit: 1d8 + Sec damage.
CA) Rock Smash Std, Blast 3 Pri vs AC Hit: 1d10 + Pri dmg, and target is unguarded until ENT
CA) Smack Down Std, Melee Pri vs AC Hit: 1d10 + Pri dmg, and target is knocked prone. Special: You may use this in place of a melee basic attack at the end of a charge.
CA) Steel Claw Std, Wpn Pri vs AC Hit: 1d10 + Pri dmg, and you gain +2 ability bonus to melee attack rolls against the target until ENT. Special: This is a melee basic attack.
CA) Swift Strike Std, Melee Wpn Pri vs AC Hit: 1d10 + Pri dmg Special: Before or after the attack, you may shift 2 squares, but not while prone. You need to have Acrobatics of at least 7 to take this ability.
Other CAs (obtainable by forgoing racial)
- Vacuum Wave (ranged) Note : If Riolu's last attack was melee/blast, Riolu needs a swift action to charge up Vacuum Wave. It is a ranged 10 attack, with prof 2, 1d8 dmg, so effectively 1 less attack than his usual.

SA1) Impaling Claw Free, Personal Trigger: You attack an unguarded foe using Steel Claw or make a melee basic attack with weapon keyword. Effect: If the attack initially hit, you deal twice Sec extra damage, or Sec extra damage and the target is immobilised until ENT or knocked prone. If the attack initially missed, you gain Sec bonus to attack and damage rolls.
SA2) Quick Claw Swift, Melee Wpn Effect: Before or after this attack, you shift half Sec squares. If you have Swift Strike, increase this distance by 2. Pri vs AC Hit: 1d10 + Pri + Sec dmg.
SM1) Work Up Swift, Personal Effect: You gain Sec bonus to damage rolls until ENT. While this is active, if you miss with an attack roll using a CA, you may end this effect to gain half Sec bonus to the triggering roll.
SM2) Quick Guard Interrupt, Personal Trigger: You are hit by an attack. Effect: You gain Sec bonus to AC and Reflex until ENT.
