Luckbringer of Tymora (Goddess of Luck) "Friend of the Road, the Curious and High Adventure" Domain: Good, Chaos, Luck, Travel
Unlike other Paladin fraternities which demand strict adherence to a chivaric code and delivering swift justice to evil, Luckbringers are a loosely-knitted community pledged to carry out the Lady's will. They are few in numbers and are spread across the land, bringing luck to those who travel and seeking adventure. They follow their tenents loosely through their own interpretations of Tymora's will. It is not uncommon that two or more Luckbringers may not see eye to eye on certain matters. But regardless of their methods, each of them are an anathema to the myraid evil creatures that adventurers may face in their journeys.
Tenents: 1. Clear the roads and dungeons of Evil, so all may walk and delve freely. 2. Give aid to the weak and weary, so they may adventure again. 3. Chastise practioners of opposite faith, so that the Lady's blessing may be shared by all.
Opposing Faiths: 1. Bersheba (Goddess of Misfortune) 2. Worshippers of religion related to Undeath and evil Outsiders/Dragons 3. Worshippers of violently evil religions (eg. Cyric, Bhaal, Shar, etc)

Actually it was not my intention to be the "Sheriff", just a background trait that I have good relations with the Sheriff for roleplay purpose. Since it has evolved so, just be known that I now serve 2 masters, though carrying out the Lady's will is more important.
I see Sandpoint as a True Neutral town ruled under a weak sheriff and a small number of men, and has laws that are more like guidelines than meant for actual enforcement. As long as majority of the residents are happy, the Sheriff would have considered to have done his job. And there are other political powers at play, so the rich and the connected has more lee-way under the law.
Strict laws to follow: 1. Do not breach the peace of the town. 2. No taking of lives and damage to property.
Objectives of the Sheriff office: 1. No complaints from the Rich and Powerful. 2. No complaints from the merchants. 3. Have enough men to project deterrence and to prevent large-scale disturbance. 4. Settle all disputes quickly and decisively to prevent further escalation.

Background: Aelfwin is a fool born into a family of highly intelligent mages. His parents denied that he was a simpleton and enrolled him in a wizard's college, as all members of the Thraxilliron family do. In college, his lecturers took note of his amazing skill with close combat fighting, particularly with two-handed swords. As he was simple and easy going, his lecturers and friends like him a lot so they did not put him down by telling him that he will never be a wizard. Instead, they told him that he had special magical powers and that he casted his spells differently from his peers (by hitting people with his sword). They assigned the college's best fighter to be his tutor, all the while telling him that he is a wizard. He graduated with flying colors, passing the mandatory wizards' tests by hacking and slashing his way through. His parents were, of course, horrified at the turn of events. As a final act of kindness, they told him that they were proud of him and that he should pursue his magical study through a life of adventuring, while they devoted their energy and resources to his younger sister, who has shown more aptitude in the arts of spellcraft.
Personality: He is happy-go-lucky and nothing ever gets him down. Absolutely nothing can convince him that he is in fact not a wizard. 'Casts' spells by uttering arcane phrases and calls out the names of magic spells in combat. First to volunteer whenever anyone needs a magical scroll read, runes to be identified, or whenever there is a mage duel.

On character creation, you can commit your Character to being only 1 class and never multiclassing. You can still take one Prestige Classes that you can qualify for (if any). In return, you get +2 to 1 stat on Char Creation, and +1 HP per level.
This bonus stacks with Favored Class as well.
